Plan Mesh Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Plan Mesh mobile application and related services operated by Pradap Pandiyan (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using Plan Mesh, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Plan Mesh helps people collaborate on shopping lists, trips, and dream lists. Core features are free. Optional paid subscriptions (“Pro” and “Super Pro”) unlock higher limits and additional AI usage.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account).

3. Subscriptions and billing

Plan Mesh offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Product names include Pro and Super Pro, with monthly and yearly billing options. Prices are shown in the app and in the store at the time of purchase.

• Payment — Charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal — Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal charge — Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends at the price shown in the store.
• Manage / cancel — In the app: Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription (opens your store’s subscription settings). On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
• Free trial — If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds — Handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we do not process store refunds directly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Plan Mesh, including by attempting to break security, spam others, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using Plan Mesh you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

Plan Mesh is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI suggestions are informational only; you are responsible for decisions you make based on them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Plan Mesh.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version at this URL and change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
